I have many Invicta watches and the big ones in my collection are my favorites. This one is now at the top of my list. Very stylish and macho looking. No wimpy looking watch. Very heavy and good looking in any setting. Work or play. Easy to see hands and markers in any light. The anti glare coating is a good thing too. The screw down buttons really make it water resistant. It may be rugged enough to use as a hockey puck but I'd not do that to such a fine time piece. I received this watch a a Father's Day gift. I admit that initially I was somewhat leery having read some disconcerting comments regarding the customer service etc. at Invicta and their responses to defective watches during warranty (this comment surely DOES NOT include or apply to Amazon.com who have been uniformly wonderful when it comes to exchanges or refunds for defective merchandise). Having said that, I am impressed by the watch. Perfectly packaged, and keeps excellent time. I don't know why there's all the whining about the large face. It's big. So what. It's for men, and as I did, anyone can - - I had to have three links removed from the clasp (cost me at a local watchmaker- - don't try it yourself- - it's a difficult task and needs to be professionally done). The only "negative" - -if you can call it that, was removing the plastic wrap seal around the entire watch and band. It was a bear to do, and required time, patience and ability to "peel back" minute pieces of the wrap. The face is quite lovely, and gold plating adds an extremely elegant touch to the watch. Bottom line - -for the money, it's a sure winner, and the only reason I didn't give it "five stars," is I've only had it for a short time and want to see its reliability, long term. Big Ray
